Each year, prior to the pandemic, HQ has had the opportunity to go on at least one missions trip. On these trips, our students and leaders have the opportunity to have fun, serve, and grow beyond our expectations, and we truly get to see the Lord working as each person is forced out of their comfort zones. This year, it looked like we may have the opportunity to serve on a missions trip again, but shortly before we planned to head to Columbia, SC there was a shift in COVID-19 numbers and we made the difficult decision to not go on that trip.
Despite that set back, we did not want to keep our students and leaders from that awesome experience so we created our own more local missions trip that took place last month. There was still plenty of opportunity to have fun, grow, learn, serve, and for the Lord to transform lives. Please check out our pictures below from our Philadelphia Missions Trip.
